Venom

I didn’t have too many expectations about this movie because I didn’t really know Venom from the Marvel Universe. I had heard that critics generally didn’t like the movie but that fans did like it. I was pleasantly surprised to really like it. It was really funny and didn’t end in an extended fight scene that seemed to go on forever which meant the movie was less than two hours long. I enjoyed Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock, the host for Venom. He’s weird and kind of twitchy but that fits the character really well. The ending sets up a sequel which I look forward to.

At Barnz in Meredith with Ann and Sally.
